First of all, it’s obvious that George Bush doesn’t know what he is talking about. His quote doesn’t even make sense. The people as citizens have no choice – they must pay taxes whether or not they like it. If he’s referring to the War in Iraq being said and done, then why didn’t they increase security measures with the tax money that they received before the 9/11 attacks? They say that you’re guaranteed two things in life – death and paying taxes.
